From 1995 until 2005, the Mc Laren-Mercedes Formula 1 racing cars were powered by FO 110 three-litre V10 engines. The so-called M version was used in 2002 and 2003. Driving a car with this engine, Kimi Raikkonen clinched his first Grand Prix victory in Malaysia in 2003 and finished the season as runner-up in the world championship, two points behind Michael Schumacher.
