Myth Maybach - Experience Legends.

The Museum of Historic Maybach Vehicles in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz is the only exhibition in the world that exclusively presents the development and products of Wilhelm and Karl Maybach. The story of these two ingenious designers, their connection to Gottlieb Daimler and Graf Zeppelin, and Maybach Motorenbau GmbH is told.

Barrier-free access: Directly opposite from the Ingolstädterstraße parking lot, press the bell at the vendor entrance. Main entrance is at Holzgartenstraße 8.

Arrival.

Arrival by car.

The Museum is easily accessible by car. Neumarkt (i. d. OPf.) is on the A3 motorway between Nürnberg and Regensburg. For the Museum take the Neumarkt exit. Parking is available directly opposite the museum building. Visitors cannot fail to notice the building.

Arrival by bus.

The bus station is located next to the train station Neumarkt i. d. OPf. and can be reached with many buses. From the bus station you can reach the museum on foot in about 5 minutes. Information about the Neumarkt city buses can be found at: www.swneumarkt.de

Arrival by train.

The railway station at Neumarkt (i. d. OPf.) is about a five minute walk from the Museum, making arrival by train very straightforward.

Arrival by plane.

Nuremberg Airport is about 38 km away from Neumarkt i. d. OPf. From the airport, you can reach Nuremberg main station in just 12 minutes by taking the U 2 subway line.
