The Global Customer Experience Challenge is on!

The new contest is based on the success of the Global TechMasters and aims at Mercedes-Benz dealership employees working in the workshop, customer service and sales. This virtual competition enables us to further elevate and expand the already high performance level of the employees in the dealerships. They can show how their skills guarantee an excellent customer experience.

In a three-step online competition, teams from around the world will master various quests focusing on connectivity. In the end, the winners can call themselves the best Mercedes-Benz dealership team in their country or even the world.

Employees of Mercedes-Benz dealerships can now join the contest to present their team’s skills that guarantee an excellent customer experience.

Three steps to victory.

The entire competition takes place online with exciting game-based learning formats. By proving their expertise on connectivity topics the teams of the Mercedes-Benz dealerships qualify for Level 2 – the national championships. This is where the national winning teams are determined. They will meet their international competitors in Level 3 and compete for victory.

Start off right.

It takes just a few steps to enter the contest. Employees of Mercedes-Benz dealerships can now register, set up their team of four to six colleagues from their dealership and start the Challenge.

Who makes the team?

Providing a great customer experience is a team effort. So is the Global Customer Experience Challenge. Employees at Mercedes-Benz dealerships set up their team by choosing four to six team members from the designated job profiles at the bottom and can therefore combine the right know-how and abilities.
