Who will master The Challenge?

The new contest, the Global Customer Experience Challenge, is based on the success of the Global TechMasters and aims at Mercedes-Benz dealership employees working in the workshop, customer service and sales. This virtual competition enables us to further elevate and expand the already high performance level of the employees in the dealerships. They can show how their skills guarantee an excellent customer experience. In a three-step online competition, teams from around the world will master various quests focusing on connectivity. In the end, the winners can call themselves the best Mercedes-Benz dealership team in their country or even the world.

Employees of Mercedes-Benz dealerships can now start to set up their team and get ready to register.

Three steps to victory.

The entire competition will take place online with exciting game-based learning formats. Teams of four to six colleagues from Mercedes-Benz dealerships start by qualifying for the national contest. This contest then determines the national champions advancing to the international stage. The three international winners will be awarded.

Be ready for a head start.

Although registration is not open yet, employees at Mercedes-Benz dealerships can already prepare for the Global Customer Experience Challenge. Most importantly, they will need access to the App. Then they start to look for four to six eligible colleagues from the workshop,  customer service and sales (see below) to enlist as a team when The Challenge begins.
