From Tegernsee, over the impressive Vršič mountain pass, past the beautiful Lake Jasna and the Peričnik waterfall, the mystic route leads to the popular Lake Bled. Dennie Pfau and Henrick Draack set out to see the most beautiful forests and lakes in Slovenia. The tranquil Tegernsee is located in the Bavarian Alps. The view from the southern Wallberg is highly recommended, as it offers a picturesque outlook over the lake and the surrounding villages. Then follow the impressive Vršič mountain pass to the beautiful Lake Jasna. A spectacular mountain can be seen behind the lake if the weather is good. The pass leads further from Kranjska Gora over Vršič to Trenta. You need about 25 minutes by car to get to the Peričnik waterfall from Kranska Gora. With a height of just under 52 meters, this is one of the highest waterfalls in Slovenia. The final stop is found in northwest Slovenia, surrounded by the last foothills of the Slovenian Alps: Lake Bled. The lake, which has the only island in Slovenia, is a popular tourism site during the summer because of the beautiful surroundings and high water temperatures.
