Mercedes-Benz Living @ Fraser: The Mercedes experience away from the road.
Experience modern luxury beyond the roadway.
Starting in autumn 2015 Mercedes-Benz brings its modern luxury design language to establish new benchmarks in the world of luxury-serviced apartments. The pilot project is called “Mercedes-Benz Living @ Fraser”. Established as a means to recreate the ambience, emotion and spaciousness of a Mercedes-Benz vehicle, the brand will transfer the same level of high-class known in its vehicles and services into the living environment.
As the workspace of the future becomes more mobile-focused, serviced apartments will boom in popularity. Travellers seeking safe and familiar spaces will rely on residences such as “Mercedes-Benz Living @ Fraser”, counted on for their premium approach and attention to detailed quality.
Six serviced apartments located in the exclusive area of Kensington, London will be available for booking, with nine apartments to follow in Singapore early next year.
These luxurious apartments particularly speak to those not willing to compromise the same level of style and comfort found inside their cars when it comes to their living environment on the go. With about 100 square meters of living space — including two bedrooms and an expansive living and dining area — they won’t have to.
Appointing the right design elements.
Imagine maintaining the same level of luxury you experience in your Mercedes-Benz vehicle after the ignition is switched off. The same cutting-edge design one expects from a Mercedes-Benz vehicle has been exquisitely translated throughout the design language of “Mercedes-Benz Living @ Fraser”. From the entryways to the bedrooms, the sensual surfaces and clean lines emit feelings of well-being and relaxation.
The shimmering silver sofas in the living area provide generous shapes and luxurious textures tempting you to indulge in their comforts. As you move toward the bedroom, you’ll find yourself in another world of luxury — sailing away into a floating oasis, ready to awake and face the day with ease.
Beyond furniture, the team at Mercedes-Benz Style has made a conscious effort to incorporate elements inspired by nature. The easiest way to create this warm and natural environment is through its lighting. The same Swarovski crystals that are used in the S-Class Coupé headlamps are used in the shimmering chandelier hung above the dining room table.
In the end it’s not just one shape, texture or material that was used to create the elegant design of these serviced apartments — the sum is so much more than its parts.
Immerse yourself into virtual worlds and enjoy the conveniences of modern luxury.

Entering the living space, one’s gaze is immediately drawn to the ‘Black Magic Wall’, which captures the design language of the room perfectly. Its high-gloss black finish emits a stylish technical appearance — a stark contrast to the Victorian facades that lie beyond the apartment’s windows. This media wall incorporates the Mercedes me smart TV app, allowing guests to discover the world of Mercedes-Benz. Guests are able to explore products and services and be entertained. In the near future the media centre will also allow for integrated transport solutions such as booking a chauffeur service, rental cars on demand or access information such as up-to-the-minute public transportation details.
Mercedes-Benz Living @ Fraser into the future. Dependent upon the success of pilot projects in London and Singapore, there’s a good chance Mercedes-Benz apartments will be established in business centres globally. According to Wilfried Steffen, Head of Business Innovation, “Once we have successfully concluded the pilot phase in spring 2016, we will be looking to come to a decision with our strategic partner about rapidly expanding the ‘Mercedes-Benz Living @ Fraser’ concept to other cities”.
