New liveries for DTM finale
Four of the eight Mercedes-AMG C 63 DTM cars will be decked out in new colours and designs for the final weekend of the 2015 DTM season (16th - 18th October) at Hockenheim.
Adding a touch of football glamour to the occasion will be Austrian side Austria Salzburg who have entered into a partnership with SILBERPFEIL Energy. The logo of the Austrian side will be emblazoned on the roof of the SILBERPFEIL Energy Mercedes-AMG DTM C 63 driven by Robert Wickens this weekend. What's more, members of the Austria Salzburg squad and 50 fans will be present for Mercedes-Benz's home race.
And Wickens is not the only Mercedes-AMG driver to be sporting a different livery: team-mates Paul Di Resta and Maximilian Götz will be displaying the Stars & Cars design on the roof and bonnet of their Mercedes-AMG C 63 DTM vehicles. The roof of the gooix Mercedes-AMG C 63 DTM driven by DTM championship leader Pascal Wehrlein will also bear a reference to the traditional Mercedes-Benz end-of-season Stars & Cars on 12th December at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Stuttgart.
As in previous years, the brand with the three-pointed will be reliving its sporting successes in 2015 together with fans and a star-studded guest list. For the first time in the history of the event, it will be staged in a football stadium. For the second year in succession, the Silver Arrows Formula 1 works team will be celebrating having won the Constructors' World Championship in the highest echelon of motor racing.
