‘The Best never rest’ – Mercedes-Benz intend to run with this motto, using an emotionally charged campaign design based on the colours of the German flag that echoes progressive motifs from the most important football event of the year. Always keep moving, work hard to improve, never rest on your laurels – this way of thinking is also firmly anchored in the DNA of the Mercedes-AMG Motorsport DTM Team, which is why Mercedes-Benz are launching the ‘Best never rest’ campaign at DTM race tracks for the 2018 season. The campaign slogan and eye-catching campaign design will adorn the Mercedes-AMG C 63 DTM driven by Edoardo Mortara until the end of the World Cup in Russia.
REMUS, world market leader in the production of sports silencers, have become an Official Partner to the team in 2017. In 2018, REMUS logos will be displayed again on the Mercedes-AMG C 63 DTM racing cars. REMUS will also build silencers for the DTM cars. The manufacture of DTM racing exhaust systems made from Inconel represents the sort of technical challenge as regards cold-forming and weldability that REMUS meets every day in the serial production of high-performance exhaust systems for super sports cars.
