Since 2005, the grounds of Schloss Dyck on the River Rhine have each year played host in late summer to the Classic Days – the German equivalent of Britain's Goodwood Festival of Speed. The Classic Days have since become popular with automotive enthusiasts and collectors from all over Europe. The over 1.3-kilometre-long Miscanthusfeld is home to a colourful and diverse mix of brands. This is where visitors and vintage-car clubs exhibit their treasures to create one of the world's most charming and largest temporary open-air museums. Throughout the extensive park grounds surrounding the moated castle, there are vintage-car motto islands on view. Exceptional collectors' vehicles, unique specimens and prototypes from around the world as well as motorsport legends presenting classic cars.
