A Mercedes-Benz show car embodying a concrete vision of a totally new generation of vehicles with battery-electric drive will also have its world premiere. A new member of the E-Class family will be on show for the first time: Alongside the Saloon and Estate variants, the E-Class All-Terrain vehicle is a new, lifestyle-oriented addition to the model range.

Several world premieres in Paris.

In total, Mercedes-Benz Cars is presenting around 30 vehicles in Paris, including several world premieres. The new smart electric drive makes entry into the world of electric mobility easier than ever. This is because it combines the unique agility of the smart with local emission-free driving – perfect for urban mobility. Fourth-generation emission-free driving pleasure can be enjoyed not just in the smart fortwo coupé and smart fortwo cabrio, but now also in the four-seater smart forfour.

A new member of the E-Class family will be on show for the first time in the guise of the E-Class All-Terrain: Thanks to off-road-based design features, the All-Terrain boasts a powerful and robust look and at the same time stands out from the classic estate.

The new Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupé combines a sporty, elegant design with the brand’s hallmark Driving Performance and the advantages of an SUV in terms of seating position, interior flexibility and also traction off the beaten track.

Further highlights in Paris.

A further highlight is the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6, which is celebrating its show premiere in Paris. The 2+2-seater pays homage to the glorious age of the aero coupés and consciously carries this tradition forward into the future. The coupé reinterprets classic, emotional design principles in an extreme way, following the Mercedes design philosophy of sensual purity. The Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6, which measures almost six metres in length, is designed as an electric car. The drive system has an output of 550 kW (750 hp). The flat battery in the underbody enables a range of more than 500 km (NEDC).

Mercedes-AMG’s continued expansion of the GT family will also be in evidence at the Paris Motor Show. Hot on the heels of the new AMG GT R, the sports car and performance brand will be presenting a further variant of the GT model series on the eve of the Paris Motor Show.
