Safety and value retention for your Mercedes.

One of our most important safety systems is maintenance. When it's performed regularly it preserves the safety of your Mercedes and ensures your mobility and the vehicle's value retention.

As the manufacturer we know your Mercedes best. Our professionally trained service staff possess the necessary know-how and special tools required to perform first-rate maintenance. Possible wear and tear or probable damage can be identified at an early stage during this process. That means larger repairs and the resulting costs can be avoided.

You don't even need to think about regular appointments: the standard-fit service interval indicator in your Mercedes reminds you automatically of any upcoming maintenance sessions – as a pre-service to your service, so to speak.

Maintenance is available from Mercedes-Benz Service in two different packages: Service A and Service B. These two types of service are performed as alternating sessions.

Service A and B.

The qualified specialist workshop performs the due service work at fixed intervals. Either after a certain mileage or a certain time, whichever comes first.

First Service A is due after 12 months at the latest. After this, Service A is due every 24 months at the latest.

First Service B is due after 24 months at the latest. After this, Service B is due every 24 months at the latest.

Additional work is performed, depending on the time‑ and mileage. Additional work includes service work performed due to technical specifications, wear & tear or possible optional extras.

The basic service focuses on the fundamental, technically necessary service and maintenance work. Defined contents ensure maximum transparency from the first mile onwards. To supplement the basic service, you can opt for the PLUS package.
