Thanks to the compact carrying case, the charging system can still be stowed in the boot between your holiday luggage. If the battery then starts running low on the road, the three different adapters ensure that the next charge is no problem, even in remote areas. That’s because with the Schuko adapter, even a household electrical outlet at the nearest petrol station will do. It’s quicker to use the high-voltage adapter and outlet. If there’s a public charging station, the type 2 adapter supplies an additional boost. The Mercedes-Benz Flexible Charging System can provide up to 22 kW of charging power. The system is therefore ideal for drivers who are on the road a lot or don’t have a wallbox at home.
The wallbox you can take with you.
With the optional wall bracket, the Mercedes-Benz Flexible Charging System can be mounted on any wall like a wallbox. If a power outlet is available, there are no further installation costs. Just plug it in and start charging. Integrated temperature sensors and surge protectors ensure that nothing can go wrong. Regardless of whether it’s a household outlet or a high-voltage current – the system automatically adapts to the capacity of the power source. Thanks to its waterproof and drive-over-proof exterior, it can be used both indoors and outdoors. So, whenever you hit the road again, simply take your charging system with you.
