We process the following personal data that we have received from you:

First name, last name, Business address, Business E-Mail address, Job, Department/organization, Gender, Data from correspondence between you and us and other data in the context of the business relationship (e.g. customer service inquiries or responses to customer satisfaction surveys). 

We process your personal data for the performance of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). The specific purposes of data processing depend on the respective content of the contract. Details can be found in your contract documents and the applicable terms and conditions.

We process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest or the legitimate interest of a third party unless your own legitimate interests outweigh (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
This includes the following processing purposes:

  • Processing of personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or defence in legal disputes
  • Processing of your data for direct marketing purposes 

We only store your personal data as long as it is necessary to fulfil contractual, legal or operational requirements. If there is no longer a legitimate interest, we will delete the data at latest after 29 days of contact query. 

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties. 

Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA (third countries).

Art. 21 GDPR: RIGHT TO OBJECT: In case we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR) or to perform a public task (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e) GDPR) and in case there are reasons on grounds of your specific situation against processing, you have the right to object to this processing.
